  • 2 whole catfish (about 1kg each)
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons suya spice (yaji)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
  • 2 seasoning cubes, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Instructions

    Clean catfish thoroughly and make diagonal cuts on both sides.

    Mix suya spice, salt, crayfish, seasoning cubes, and thyme together.
