- 1 kg chicken pieces
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- Ginger, thyme, bay leaves
- Oil and seasoning

Instructions

Season chicken with curry, ginger, garlic, and salt. Marinate 20 minutes.

Sear chicken in oil until browned. Set aside.

Sauté onions in the same pot until soft.
