- 1 medium tuber yam
- 500g chicken pieces
- 200ml palm oil
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 scotch bonnet peppers
- 1 onion
- Crayfish
- Ugwu or spinach
- Seasoning and salt

Instructions

Cook chicken with seasoning until tender.

Peel and cube yam, wash thoroughly.

Add yam to chicken pot with enough water.

Add palm oil, tomatoes, peppers, and onion.

Cook until yam is soft and starts to mash.

Add crayfish and adjust seasoning.
