- 2 whole tilapia (about 500g each)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

Clean fish and make diagonal cuts on both sides.

Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
