- 4 tilapia fillets
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 cups fish stock
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Curry and thyme
- Bay leaves
- Salt and seasoning

Instructions

Season tilapia with curry, salt, and garlic. Grill or pan-fry.
