- 500g rabbit, deboned and diced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 4 eggs
- 150ml vegetable oil
- Curry, thyme, soy sauce
- 2 onions
- Seasoning and salt
- Chicken stock

Season rabbit with curry, thyme, and salt. Fry until golden.
