  • 1 kg rabbit, cut into pieces
  • 400g fresh tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 3 scotch bonnet peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 200ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Seasoning, thyme, curry
  • Bay leaves

Instructions

    Season rabbit with curry, thyme, salt, and onion.

    Add water and cook until tender, about 45 minutes.

    Remove rabbit and fry in oil until browned.

    In the same oil, add tomato paste and fry.
