- 1 kg rabbit, cut into pieces
- 400g fresh tomatoes
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 scotch bonnet peppers
- 2 onions
- 200ml vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Seasoning, thyme, curry
- Bay leaves

Instructions

Season rabbit with curry, thyme, salt, and onion.

Add water and cook until tender, about 45 minutes.
