  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 egg for coating
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 seasoning cube
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

    Season minced meat with onion, thyme, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
